Ingredients

1 c natural peanut butter, no sugar added

4 tbsp Sukrin Fiber Syrup (Clear or Gold)

 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 325 F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter and Surkin syrup, stirring slowly with a spoon until
a stiff dough forms (about 1 to 2 minutes).

Using your hands, roll walnut-sized pieces of dough into balls, and place on the baking sheet.

Flatten teach ball using your fingertips or the bottom of a glass. If desired, use a fork to make a hashtag pattern.

Bake at 325 F for 8 to 12 minutes, until cookies start to turn a more golden color. Do not over-bake!

 

Important: Let your peanut butter keto cookies cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
