Bulletproof® Cocoa Mousse

Ingredients
2 tsp Brain Octane® oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter, grass‐fed (or Bulletproof® Ghee)
8 oz Bulletproof® Coffee, freshly brewed
1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tsp unflavored gelatin
stevia (or equiv), to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until frothy.
Pour into a small bowl, cup or mug, and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
Serve with crushed mint leaves, a few low carb berries, grated dark chocolate, whipped heavy cream or eat as is.
This recipe is for a single indulgence – perfect portion control. Of course, making several servings at once saves time.
